There was a dead chickadee on my porch the other day, and I picked it up by the tail feathers and chucked it in the woods before my dogs could find it. I kinda cried a little, because I love chickadees.

RIP.

The other day I found a baby bird on the ground and the 'parent' bird try to distract the cat by pretending to be injured. Anyway, to making long story short I had to made a new nest for the bird because the old nest has 2 baby birds and I guess they are getting too big to be comfortable. But it's parent never come to feed it so it died.
